I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Karafelas for a week in September, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. Room 17, with its spacious and clean environment, provided a comfortable retreat after my explorations of Skiathos. I was particularly impressed by the efficient air conditioning, which made my stay pleasant even during the warmer days, and the exquisite comfort of the bed guaranteed restful nights. Although the room had a slight smoky smell, which took a moment to acclimatize to, the overall experience was not diminished. The attentive staff and the hotel's central location-just a short 10-minute stroll to the port-made it an ideal base for discovering nearby restaurants and shops. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Karafelas to anyone seeking a value-for-money stay in Skiathos, as it offers a good blend of comfort and convenience.
